At Acora Pilates, we are committed to quality, comfort, and your complete satisfaction. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Hygiene Notice

For hygiene and safety reasons, Pilates socks are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Arrange a Return

To request a return, please contact us at contact@acorapilates.com with your order number and details of the item(s). Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
